Report an issue
Use the support channel where you received the app for bugs, setup problems, and feature requests.
When reporting a connection issue, include:
- How you started the server
- Whether demo mode was enabled
- The client platform
- The exact error message shown by the app or CLI
Do not include valid pairing tokens, secrets, private repository content, or credentials in support requests unless the support channel is approved for that kind of information.
